Yahoo Card Games Pyramids Downloads

What could be blocking Yahoo Games i.e. Pyramids from downloading on my computer? I have Anti Spy Nortons & XP
On my old computer I’d hold the Ctrl key down when clicking the game and it’d download, but with this computer nothing seem to work. I was told it might be my settings but I’m not sure what to change or where. I have Shockwave & Flash Player and games that don’t play in a seperate window come up fine so I don’t think it’s my game card. I tried looking in security but wasn’t really sure what to change. I’d appreciate any help.
go into your security devices and turn off the firewall for a miute, also shut down your popup blocker… only do this for a minute, while you are downloading, then after download, reset the settings to desired security… make sure to go offline right after the download, so you can make sure that no one is hacking you
