how is it possible that i still get viruses?

okay hi everyone, I have a problem, I get viruses, even though i dont do bad things, i swear i do not watch porn or even download them.
im not perverted, and i only go to google, myspace,myspace mobile, facebook, youtube, keepvid (download youtube videos), photobucket, gamefaqs, xerocreative (a trading card game board), wikipedia, calcchat (help for calculus homework), typeracer (racing against other people with typing), iminlikewithyou (online games).

i do have an anti-virus, its AVG Free 8.0
i do have an anti spyware, its Spybot Search and Destroy.

i scan regularly and update everyday (if they have updates)
i scan everything i download.

and im just confused at how do i still get viruses??!?!
its amazing, and to me it’s a mystery, but there may be some people who have more knowledge of computers than i do, so may someone please give me some tips on how to avoid getting viruses.
oh i also do not use limewire or other file sharing program.

Two reasons pop out right from the start.
MySpace is Mal ware central. It is about as risky as
most porn sites.
Second,I know it is very popular,but AVG is not a very good Anti-Virus.
Spybot is not the best anti-spyware either.

It is possible you are getting re-infected,but are just not getting rid of the old infections,
that create a “backdoor” to load up more trojans.
It would be better to replace AVG with Avira or Avast,and SpyBot with Malwarebytes.

Another good idea would be to use Sandboxie,.This is a free program that lets you run your browser in a “virtual” environment or “sandbox”,
when you get through with your rat-killing on MySpace,you simply delete the sandbox and any bad stuff,usage tracks,ETC,are gone forever.
If you need to download something,you can retrieve it from the sandbox.
(of course if it is not clean,you have a problem.)
