What Wifi Conectivity card should I buy if I have of speed 54,0 Mbps?

If I have of speed 54,0 Mbps what should I get, Dell 1397 802.11g Half Mini-Card or Intel WiFi Link 5100 802.11 Wireless-N? Explain. Really helpful! Im planing to buy a laptop! I always go to Internet and play online games or compare products, or buy stuff, just fooling around, etc. thx!
