Could getting a larger SD Card speed up my Android eris?

Okay so as you can probably tell from the title, I have the droid eris…. Now although its internet isn’t the fastest, I know that an SD card wont help online…. But currently my droid has an 8 gig SD card, and sometimes when I’m playing a game or scrolling through the 7 home menus, I experience some lag… Especially on some of the pretty higher graphic games…. If I were to get a larger SD card, would it help speed up my phone (other than internet)… Maybe a 16 gig or higher?

No. The memory card only holds music, pics, etc. The overall performance of the phone has to do with the internal memory. Doing a factory reset will help a lot- make sure you back everything up first though.
