SPADES – Where can I find a GOOD game?

Is there a game where you can shut off the rule about underbidding? (If you underbid by 10 in a game, you get penalized like 100 points) Everytime you underbid, you penalize your team 10 points per trick already. If the game has this function, OK; but it’s got to give me the ability to shut it off! It is so stupid that I should have to give away tricks to my opponent.

Another function that I want to be able to shut off is the ‘nil’ and ‘double-nil’. When I play Spades with the Grandsons, it’s alright to use, but if I’m playing against the PC or online against other expert players, I want it off.

Lastly, when I play against the PC, after my partner plays a winning card (A-Clubs) and I don’t follow suit, he MUST lead a (low) card of the same suit that I sloughed off. Grounds for not following this rule is death. Or maybe having to play a bunch of 6 year olds at Monopoly for 100 days in a row.
