Good online card game like battleforge?

Looking for an online RTS game that using card likes BatttleForge or Magic. But, instead of just seeing cards you see what the card does like in BattleForge. If you use a lava burst card you will see lava burst out of the ground and kill enemies. Is there any other games like this? Or a multiplayer version of torchlight that isn’t D2 or Titanquest?

It’s really hard to recommend a specific MMORPG, because everyone likes something different. A game I like you may hate.
