PSP: How to fix a slow 8gb memory stick?

I have a PSP and use a 4gb memory stick Pro Duo for my hacked PSP gaming. It has worked perfectly. Then I got an 8gb memory stick Pro Duo as well and copied my data from my 4gb memory stick to my 8gb memory stick. Then, when I go to use the 8gb memory stick to play, it is unbearably slow with all loading screens and the such. I talked with a friend of mine and they said that they had the same problem with their 8gb memory stick. They had a friend do something to it and ever since then it has ran normally. just as fast as my 4gb. but they don’t know what that friend did to their memory stick that made it go so fast. I’ve looked online and it seems like everyone is certainly convinced that it is impossible for a bigger memory stick to slow down the load times on a hacked psp, but im calling total BS on that and so is my friend. I just want my 8gb to run as fast as my 4gb.

What do I need to do to my memory card to keep it from slowing down my psp?

if your psp system are custom firmware,you can try this step.

go recovery menu
1)choose CONFIGURATION,change UMD MODE to M33 DRIVER -NO UMD-
2)choose CPU SPEED,make UMD/ISO – 333/166
3)choose CPU SPEED,make XMB – 333/166

or press select button.
1)change UMD ISO MODE – M33 DRIVER
2)change CPU CLOCK XMB – 333/166
3)change CPU CLOCK GAME – 333/166
