An old Yu-Gi-Oh! player needs some help returning to the game.?

Hello. I use to be an avid Yu-Gi-Oh! player, but this was six or seven years ago, and I am interested in returning to the game. However, since I last left it, there have been many additions to the rules. (The forbidden list didn’t exist when I was still playing) My question is, I have several cards I use to play in my deck that are now forbidden, and I’m wondering if someone can suggest replacements that accomplish the gist of the original card’s intent. (I.E. Lightning Vortex is a very good replacement for Raigeki) As I said, I’m not familiar with some of the newer cards, but I need to replace these:
Witch of the Black Forest
Dark Hole
Harpie’s Feather Duster
Snatch Steal

Any suggestions? It would be greatly appreciated. Oh, and thank you for taking the time to read this.

Welcome back! I should mention they introduced a couple of new rules:

The Fusion Deck is now called the Extra Deck ever since they introduced Synchro Monsters.

*Note you can only summon them if you have a tuner as that plays a key role modifying your deck.

The limit to the Extra Deck is now 15 cards.

For the answer to your question, this is what I would do:

Witch of the Black Forest =====> Sangan
Dark Hole ======> Torrential Tribute
Harpie’s Feathe Duster =====> Heavy Storm
Snatch Steal =====> Brain Control

Also, add Mirror Force if you have the money. It’s an essential card to any deck.
