I need ideas, ideas, ideas! I am a stay at home mom and broke with 2 kids…?

My son is 17 and about out of the house. I have an 11 year old daughter. We are bored with the usual movie night and board/card games. I have even tried to get them involved with cooking their favorite stuff. I am running out of ideas. What can I do with my kids that everyone can participate and have fun?
