some questions about germany–croatia?

why did the ref give the croatian player a yellow card for kicking the ball into the crowd?

why did he give schweinsteiger a red card?

does anyone else the game should have been tied (the 2nd croatian goal was total luck — and bad defending from germans for not clearing the ball in time)?

why is podolski the only player scoring german goals?
should odonkor be in starting lineup? (schweinsteiger as well—he made a difference as soon as he came on the field)

should joachim low find a new job?

1/ You’re not supposed to INTENTIONALLY kick the ball in the stand. This is considered as an unsportsmanlike conduct. Thus the yellow card.

2/ Schweinsteiger retaliated on the Croatian after his hard tackle. Red card.

3/ Yes the 2nd Croatian goal was lucky, but you can’t disallow a goal because it’s considered lucky. But overall, I found Croatia slightly better than Germany today. The German defense wasn’t solid today.

4/ Because he’s at the right place, at the right time?
