How can I improve my computer to play Windows games without great cost?

yesterday i bought fallout 3 on pc, looking forward to many days of fun. then i found out the computer did not have good enough specifications. this seems to occur in lots of computers for ‘games for windows’ games. apparently i have enough ghz for it yet i need 1gb more of ram and a new graphics card. i have installed a ram optimizer yet i cant see how it has helped as the game freezes when i start a new game. please can people tell me how to improve my computer to play it without great cost.

Get the ram and install this card. you might be out more than oyu wanted, but you won’t have to warry about games for a while.
