I Need Super Tech-Savvy Person For This One!?

I even have the tech support person stumped. I downloaded a large file game, was playing fine. About halfway through game, it quit, and I can’t get it back up. The window only opens to the minimized box, and it won’t even let me right-click it to close it. I have to log off to make it close! I have did all the recommended troubleshooting from the t.s. guy at the gamesite. I even deleted cookies, freed up some memory by deleting old, unused files, uninstalled-reinstalled. Nothing changes. Oh, so you don’t have to ask, I have the updated (from 2006) video card from Dell (he said that might not be enough), and downloaded DirectX, Adobe Flash and Shockwave. If it helps, the game is “Hidden Expedition, Devil’s Triangle” from Big Fish Games, and its over 200mb. I have since downloaded and played successfully other games, and all my other games play fine. I’m going to guess it’s the Dell. Have a friend download the game with a different brand computer. If it works, then you can be sure it’s the DellCrap. People only buy them because they’re cheap, and cheaply built also. AlienWare is made by Dell. Look for something else.
