What is the easiest program, for beginners, to create his/her own cards flash-game. Programs w/ pre-set cards?
I am a 19 yr old who is looking into creating my own card game in flash. It is a multiplayer game for 2-6 players. I do not want to get into details on what type of game it will be, but it has not been created before. I am looking to develop the game and hopefully it is played worldwide 
I also am looking to make some cash out of it lol.
So I would like to know, What is a good program that will help me create card games? Easiest and simplest, I am looking to learn and hopefully take classes on game development. Thanks for the help!
