What are the rules for King’s Cup drinking game?

Whenever I go to a party, we always have a hard time remembering the rules, and I cannot for the life of me remember what Jack is. Here is what my friends and I typically do:

Ace – Waterfall
2 – you
3 – me
4 – whores
5 – 5 fingers
6 – dicks
7 – heaven
8 – mate
9 – rhyme
10 – categories
jack – ???
queen – questions
king – rule

The only other ones I can think of are social or thumbmaster, or the one where you stick the card on your forehead but I don’t really like either of those. Am I forgetting one/does someone have one that I haven’t put on the list yet?

It’s different pretty much anywhere you go yo. Urs is really close to how I play. People also call it ring of fire occasionally too.
Here’s how I play:

Ace – Waterfall
2 – you
3 – me
4 – whores
5 – 5 fingers
6 – *****
7 – heaven
8 – straight (as in the person sitting across from you)
9 – rhyme
10 – categories
jack – never have i ever
queen – question master
king – rule
