gaming not working on windows 7?

i downloaded windows 7 on my laptop and now none of my games work. at first most things didnt work such as sound and video but i downloaded stuff for that and couldnt find anything for graphics card.
i got a sony vaio model: vgnfs980. who do i fix this?

Most games won’t work until you get your video drivers installed. Sony have drivers for all their laptops available from their website.
