Can paypal sue me on this for -$47.? im from a different country ?

I have a debt in paypal which is -$47. Im from the Philippines and I dont know what to do because its not my fault having this negative amount in paypal i emailed them about this and they are not answering my answers but I did not put any SSN and I just put a Virtual Credit Card on worth $10 well my situation is just simple I sold a Game Online Account in paypal worth $47 and the buyer did a dispute i lost the dispute and my account went on negative , I gave them proofs about our communication in yahoomessenger as well as emails but paypal neglected it . Well my question is just simple will they send me to collections with just $47 will they call me? im from the Philippines and Im under 18 I want to face this prob in my own way.

Yes, unfortunately they can sue you. Keep records of all your transactions if you have to show them in court. However, they are unlikely to start action for such a small amount. They are more likely to write it off as a bad debt and ban you from the site.
