I work in a sales call center and I have to come up with a game to either boost morale or sales using only cards and dice I have no clue as to what to do I dont normally play cards and Im a very quiet person can anyone give me any ideas on where to start

Play a game of poker – for every call a person answers they get to draw a card from the deck, or make it every 2 or 3 calls depending how many calls the department receives a day. If the person makes a sale he gets to draw two cards. After a couple hours highest hand wins – prize could be anything from candy or if you can swing it extra 5 or 10 mins of break time.

This suppose to be played during hours or before the shift starts?
