Help with identifying card game? O:?
I had played a card game with my grandparents when I was a kid, and, after remembering the general rules of it, I tried to find the name of it (with no luck). Play starts with six cards being dealt out, with bidding starting from the left of the dealer. Minimum bid is nine, highest bid chooses the trump suit. Nine of trumps is nine points, five of trumps is five points, jack is one, high trump is one, low trump is one, game is one (maximum of eighteen). After bidding is finished and trump is called, each player discards all non-trumps, and is dealt back up to six cards. Play is similar to hearts or spades, have to follow suit unless you trump, etc. Sound familiar to anybody? O:
