VIdeo Card needed for Sims 3?
I am not good with computers…… so for EA to pull that crap really pisses me off. The computer shut down and said I needed a stronger video card to play the game. The problem is……… I don’t know where to begin looking for one for my computer type. It is a Dell Inspiron 6000 if anyone needed to know. Please, I know alot of people are frustrated and angry, but all I’m asking for ideas on a solid video card that works for SIms 3 and compatible with my computer. A name or company site I can buy from…. anything! Thank you!
P.S: If this doesn’t work…….I’m getting my money back, EA, you did your customers wrong and even though It was my responsibility to look at the specifications, I didn’t imagine it would cause this much foolishness.
I’m having the same problem, all of this is costing like $80.
It’s ridiculous, I’m going to wal-mart tomorrow and looking for a new video card, on wal-mart.com they had some cheap ones for like $20.
Just ask for a 128 MB Video Card with support for Pixel Shader 2.0 or higher.
