about yugioh card games ruling?

since it said here < http://yugioh.wikia.com/wiki/Spell_Speed_3 > that i can only counter a spell speed 3 is another spell speed 3 and since spell speed 3 are counter traps. does that mean i can’t destroy a counter trap using stardust (for destruction counter traps) or judgment dragon or dark armed dragon (for set counter traps)?

Counter Traps are Spell Speed 3.
Stardust, JD and DAD or Spell Speed 2.
You can play JD or DAD to attempt to destroy a face-down Counter Trap, but if they chain it (Divine Wrath, etc.), then you cannot chain to that because their Spell Speeds or too low.
Same with if they were to play Negate Attack, you couldn’t then try to use Trap Reactor because Trap Reactor is only a Spell Speed 2, and cannot destroy Counter Traps which are Spell Speed 3.
