Texas Hold’em Flop?

me, my dad and a few other ppl wanted to play texas hold’em.
we both dont really know all the rules but we know the basic game play. anyways, we printed off instructions and the part where you burn a card then flip 1 up thingy, where you flip the 3 cards, is that before the 2 cards get flipped, or after the other 2 cards get flipped?

Ok the basics are:

Everyone gets 2 cards face down (nobody sees these cards but the player)

Everyone looks at their whole cards and either calls , raises or mucks

the dealer than burns the first card that’s on top of deck than he puts down 3 cards face up called the flop

around of betting goes down after the flop

after the betting the dealer than burns the top card on the deck and puts down the next card (the turn)

another round of betting

Than the dealer burns another card off of the deck than layd down the next card the river
