What are some games you can play with ten or more people? What are the rules to those games?

In August my mom, dad, grandma, and I are going to Texas to visit family. The only games we play together are Chicken Foot and the card game called either Oh Heck or Oh Hell.

Apples to Apples is a good family game, however ten people may be a lot. The most I’ve played with is 7 or 8. But I’m sure you can play with 10 or more. And who sasy everybody is going to want to play a game at the same time?
