Line dancing to pick up girls(or guys if your female) or salsa dancing in mexico.

Steal cattle.
Catch wild horses.
Trade goods from town to town.

Rock star is coming out with the sequel to red dead revolver…red dead redemption, not sure what engine it is using. The engine is just for graphics…it sounds like you are more interested in design of the game.
