Activities Night?

I have taken on a job as activities director in a small town community center. We want to promote activities that will involve families. M: storytelling and crafts, T: game night, W:Bingo, Th: local youth groups, F: music and cards, Sat. Carnival
It has been advertised in the paper, fliers have gone out to libraries, day care centers, etc. Not sure how many people wll come
What should we do on storytelling and craft day and what can a bingcaller do to make the night a little more fun in between bingos?
What are some games to be done at Carnival that would be inexpensive and easily run?

i work in an elementary school
bingo guy or someone else can play some fun dance music after every 5 games or something. bingo guy can encourage everyone to get up and dance and get crazy (like the ellen degeneres show) disco songs would be family friendly and also that song i like to move it, move it-kids love that one

carnival- duck pond game,
bean bag toss (kids try to get the bean bag though a hole in a piece of wood- you can paint something on it like cookie monster and have the hole be his mouth and have the bean bags look like cookies
take turns shooting baskets in a bball hoop 3 turns each
take turns kicking soccer ball in to net to see who makes a goal or you could also do hocky puck
trampoline or jump house thing
get popcorn and soda for sale
ring toss
obstacle course
grab bag
sucker pull, they pick a sucker from styrofoam , if it has a colored dot on it end, they get a prize
make stilts out of cans/string-have races or potato sack races or scooter board races
