I bought a r4 card to download games for my DS, what Gig sd do i need and how do i get the games on it?
My R4 didnt come with anything, no disc no Sd and i havent got a clue how to put games on it, please can someone help!
Hi — If you bought the original R4 card, then you’ll need a microSD up to 2GB. If you bought a clone, then you can buy any microSD card up to 32GB.
As for the firmware, most R4 cards don’t ship with software so you’ll need to download it yourself. Here’s a good R4 guide with firmware downloads for all version of the R4:

As for the games, thats a bit trickier. There are a few sites that offer .NDS file download, but they make you jump through hoops for them. People I know download their DS games from the newsgroups. Here’s a good guide for download DS (and other) games:
