How do I “snatch” a copy of the screen at any given time? Or is it not possible, Please?

I watch bridge (the card game) on Bridge Base Online and would like to get a copy of a hand at times – but how?

you can do print screen for an entire screen capture, but say you have an open window thats not full screen and you want to grab just that and not include the start bar or rest of the display etc.. if you press the ‘Alt Gr’ key hold it down then press ‘PrtScr’ key it screenshts the open window only.
